The roastmaster of NMA Coffee personally selects the very best Arabica coffees from the finest harvests of premium plantations from around the world. These top 1 percent coffee beans are shipped back to Minnesota and custom roasted, using the “Old German Method.” The “Old” method involves slowly smoking and cooling the beans after the roast. This provides a “fine finish” that makes our coffee stand out, even among the giants of the specialty coffee business. (All coffee comes in 12 oz bags.)
