These top 1 percent coffee beans are shipped back to Minnesota and custom roasted, using the “Old German Method.” The “Old” method involves slowly smoking and cooling the beans after the roast. This provides a “fine finish” that makes our coffee stand out, even among the giants of the specialty coffee business. (All coffee comes in 12 oz bags.)
